Did not receive full pedicure service that I paid for. Nails lumpy.
So this is my second time here and I actually enjoy the environment. That’s why I went back. My first time they didn’t have the exact acrylic color that I wanted, but my nail tech still made the style happen. I will say I wasn’t very happy with my toenails because they didn’t really clean up their work very well and some of the acrylic on my big toenail was like uneven and it was noticeable to me. I got my nails done here 1 week ago. She RUSHED on my nails and tried to charge me for length. I’ve lost 2 nails since then. I’ve never had this happen before. I’m not sure what’s going on but this shop is going down hill.
THEEEE WORST!! I WENT ON THE 4TH OF JULY TO GET A OVERLAY ON MY TOES, PEDICURE AND OVERLAY ON MY NAILS. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME 200. THE PEDUCURE WAS TERRIBLE SHE CUT ME DRILLED TO DEEP AND HALF CLEANED MY FEET. THE OVERLAY IS SO THICK AND UNEVEN. THE OVERLAY ON MY NAILS IS TERRIBLE & THEY OVER CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING! I SAW THEM GIVING WHITE PEOPLE DISCOUNTS BUT THE BLACKS PAID FULL PRICE UNTIL I SPOKE UP.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
