Had to update my review this was 3rd time and just like the previous times she was late and she showed up with her toddler I tried boho Knowles’s her page says hair included so that what I expected but the boho hair was an additional $25 and it does not say that on her prices I this my last time going here I am now 2 hours from her salon and she is always late and she never communicates that per my previous post below I’m just done at this point She is very fast friendly the shop is clean and nice this is my second time here... read more

This post isn’t to shame anyone. Unfortunately there’s a lack of knowledge when it comes to doing black hair. There’s this myth that it’s difficult by nature and that pain is expected but that’s just not the case. I’ve been to this salon twice to get my braids done and I really loved the results. The people working here are talented braiders and stylists but what happened to me on my last visit had truly left me distraught. She is very fast friendly the shop is clean and nice this is my second time here and I am happy with my results but both times she was late the first time I sat in my car an hour waiting for her to show up this past time I waited over 30 min past my appointment time because she was still doing the client before me I didn’t even get a sorry for being late And during my service she was in her phone kept stopping walked away took a phone call for over 15 mins That’s the only thing I don’t like I drive an hour to get there and I... read more

They provide fast and friendly service. I drive an hour to get my hair done and it never disappoints. My hair always looks amazing.
