My husband and I booked a haircut over the phone. The gentleman said he had just had a hip replacement, but was totally fine. I asked him several times if it would be okay. I could have easily made an appointment elsewhere. We arrived at the exactly 3, our appointment time, and walked in his door at 3:03. I’ve been here before and had a great experience initially, which is why I called today to see if they happened to be open. I understand it’s Thanksgiving (I myself worked this morning as a single mom) so I wasn’t expecting anything, just asking the question. The man who answered replied with, ‘On Thanksgiving? Absolutely not,’ and hung up. It felt unnecessarily curt and honestly a bit embarrassing. I STILL love Alex! He always does such a great job with my hair and you can't beat his prices! We took off about 8"tonight and it feels and looks great!
