This place is outdated and the "stylists" need a refresher course for sure! Smoke breaks, gossip & fighting, completely unprofessional! I asked for a trim, my hair was halfway down my back by the time it was over half of my hair was GONE! an inch past my shoulders and the lady argued that it wasn't even though i picked up a piece that was atleast 6 inches from the floor! OVERPRICED and undereducated! Had several friends have the same experience. LOOK ELSEWHERE!
