I'M ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. First time customer, already had extensions.The lady who did my hair was first of all LATE for our appointment and I found her so rude and unfriendly. She forced me to watch Dr Phil for 3 hours and absolutely had no desire for any kind of conversation and when I attempted to, she just brushed it off and went back to Dr Phil (I hate Dr. Phil and I told her that about 3 times and she didn't care...that's a horrible way to treat a client) That's fine. however, the QUALITY OF WORK WAS HORRIBLE. They are very well educated on extensions and spent so much time during the consultation figuring out exactly what I needed and explained everything step by step . Just got them done yesterday and already in love with my new extensions. Steph and Mackenna made my hair look blended, long, lighter, healthy and beautiful. Really cute studio, comfortable atmosphere, judgement free zone. They were also very open about aftercare and price.
Absolutely love my new hair! They did a wonderful job and explained everything in detail. They made me feel quite comfortable with getting my first set of extensions. Highly recommend!
