Horrible service. Unprofessional staff and management.
After two hair straightening treatments, my hair is completely damaged, extremely frizzy and breaking off/falling out. Management refuses to talk to me about my concerns/complaints. Extremely unprofessional! Only go to Hair Fitness in La Porte if you have low expectations and want to pay a lot for poor service.
