I love these guys they are the BEST barbers in Ottawa I have been going only here since 2022.
First time customer. Showed up for my appointment 5-10 mins late. There was no one at the counter, so I waited assuming someone would come talk to me. Not knowing the protocol, and with no directions anywhere, I waited for 15 minutes until one of the barbers cutting hair said "have you been checked in?" I said "No, I've just been waiting for [barber's name]," Barber finally comes out, and says that since I'm 20 minutes late that he can't cut my hair because he has another appointment after my scheduled appointment. Great experience. Both me and my teenage son are customers. Very friendly and welcoming. Getting an appointment was easy and they are right on schedule. The shop’s neat and well-kept. Tools are spotless and properly sanitized. Barbers are friendly and comfortable professionals who take time to understand what style you want Great value for the quality of service provided. Hot towels are a very appreciated and smart treat.
