The worst experience I’ve ever had!
First time customer. Showed up for my appointment 5-10 mins late. There was no one at the counter, so I waited assuming someone would come talk to me. Not knowing the protocol, and with no directions anywhere, I waited for 15 minutes until one of the barbers cutting hair said "have you been checked in?" I said "No, I've just been waiting for [barber's name]," Barber finally comes out, and says that since I'm 20 minutes late that he can't cut my hair because he has another appointment after my scheduled appointment. I love these guys they are the BEST barbers in Ottawa I have been going only here since 2022.
