My hair was fantastically horrible. They did an extremely terrible job, they practically destroyed my hair; I came in for something as simple as highlights and somehow they’ve managed to mess that up. Even who I would expect to do the best job (The manager) did a horrendous job. I found this nice NEW looking hair salon and tried it out. Well they did a HORRIBLE job or my perfect 3 year olds hair. Destroyed my hair. The hair was AT LEAST 3 inches uneven. I went back in and asked for my money back and they said they would fix it. I said NO WAY. They would not give me a refund!
