Very happy with the results of my septoplasty. Doctor and office staff were very patient and attentive to my needs, and very responsive to my questions before and during recovery. I felt confident that I was in good hands throughout the whole process.
Watch their billing. Due to an error on their end, I'm stuck with a 20,000 dollar bill. Nice. Horrible. Do not recommend all!!
Denise, is the office manager, if you have medicaid, be careful with Denise, she never even checked with medicaid before my upper eye lift, to see if I was covered, so I paid cash, and then it was covered by medicaid, she told me when medicaid pays us you will be reimbursed, Denise never sent the bill to medicaid and it's been three months, I'm waiting for a refund and she never submitted the bill. I can't even believe this, so I have to call the Doctor again tomorrow because again Denise didn't do her job. By the way, the D... read more
