I had my hair extensions and color done by Aracelis. Initially, I was quoted $520. After I sent a photo of my hair length and the color I wanted, the price was increased to $680. Two weeks later, I am very disappointed with the results. The extensions were not installed in a way that allows me to style my hair differently. I was also charged extra to remove the reddish tone from my hair, yet the red color is still visible. In addition, my roots were not properly done, and the hair dye has already faded significantly. Arcalelis the owner did my hair from brown to a blonde. She gave me a price of 550 dollars but when I get there she gave me a price of 680 dollars. The hair dye still needs fixing but I liked it had to remove one line because my extensions were showing. I did not receive my zelle lucky rose you did. She left my 30 dollars credit in store. I do not recommend this place to anyone. A friend referred us to the owner to get our hair done, and both my friend and I were seriously overcharged. We paid $1,400 total just for hair extensions, which is way more than other salons charge for the same service. On top of that, she does your hair the way she wants, not the way you ask for. That’s very frustrating when you’re paying that kind of money and expecting to get the style you requested. She’s the best the best hairdresser/salon I’ve ever been to been doing hair extensions for over 15 years and the owner is the one that’s been doing it. I could not ask for a better person.
