I booked an appointment online in advance. It was for an updo for an important event. I drove 4 hrs to come here and they tell me they can't do my hair. They said they called and left a message. Which they did, but never spoke to me. Wouldn't you try to call more than once since you knew I was from out of town and it was an updo? Very disappointed! Very upset with how they just sat there and said I am not here. *Um clearly you are there*.... so I don't recommend booking any online appointments because this shop doesn't know ... read more
