Rude staff. Just asked a staff member “how are you” over the phone and she rudely hesitated then just said “hi” in an annoyed tone back. No need to be rude. Was going to reschedule an apportionment but decided to cancel it. I don’t do rude people, and would love to go somewhere else where they are nicer! Also had a negative experience with a worker back in December when my grandmother was with me. Don’t come here if you want people to be decently nice.
I just moved to Centreville and had to find someone new to do my hair. Jordan did an awesome job. Very nice and Professional, I’m definitely going back.
I recently moved to Centreville from Rhode Island and wanted to find a salon. I previously had a fantastic hairdresser for almost 15 years, so my standards were high and I was prepared for disappointment. But Jordan at Hair Express was fantastic!! She listened to what I wanted and asked questions and looked at old pictures of my haircut and did not make me feel badly for being nervous. (I have very thin hair— “fine” it’s not easy to style.) Lisa nailed on the mans cut. He had a butcher job from a local barber but she was able to turn it around! If you are looking man's cut with a some style and your barber can't quite get it, Lisa is your girl!!
Very clean place with kind and professional employees definitely recommended.
