I want to start out by saying, this is not my first time using Erika for my hair I have been at least 5x times before with lil to no issues. My family of 6 women also use to go to her. It was my daughter baby shower an my grand daughter, daughter and I had appointments with her. My daughter who is 9 months pregnant had a 9 am when she arrived Erika was locked out of her unit with all her stuff so my daughter had to go to her house never calling her next appointment to let me know plans have changed.
