I love the community at HESS. It is a great place to start my business.
Terrible customer service. Bold faced liars. Extremely unprofessional. Very Rude. I had some press on nails that I needed help removing at 8pm and reached out to these liars for help and they promised to call me back with a nail tech to assist. I called these people 4 times and they said they would call me back and NEVER did and I even called myself trying to make an appointment. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. Do better! 🤬
