*UPDATE* I spoke with the manager today since I haven’t heard back after trying to reach them for awhile and didn’t receive any contact after leaving my review in hopes that they would be able to fix the problem, and it turns out you are not allowed to leave a review or they will not help you. I came into hair episode December 30th I paid $382.95 for clip in hair extensions. Paid extra to have them dyed at the root. These were made from a hair weft and I’m just so extremely disappointed that I paid that amount of money for poorly done hair. I paid prior to them being cut and sewn with the clips and before they were dyed. When the lady was finished I came back and didn’t even get to see them the lady just put them on my head and sent me off. My wife and I were at the Northgate yesterday, and she had wanted to pop in to this hair salon to look around. She ended up leaving quickly, and told me that it sounded like the manager was loudly 'going off' about a client of hers, in front of other clients. I can appreciate getting frustrated with a customer and talking about them to other employees in the business (we all do it), but to loudly and vehemently melt down in front of other clients, to name names, is never something that a proper business owner wants to do... ... read more
