I love this place, everyone is always so friendly. Crystal does great cut + highlights!
Very unreliable. VERY unprofessional. This place used to be great years ago in its hay day. I have been going here 20+ years and now I can't even get anyone to show up for my appointments, they don't answer phones or return messages, 9 out of 11 of my appointments the past year were canceled last minute, no shws, or rescheduling me last minute multiple times only to then canceled.
