This is crazy! I came in and paid almost $200 the first time for my hair to be done a certain way. Pictures for reference, I did not get that. I sent the photos on what I wanted and what I got and was told that I could come back in to get it redone on their dollar which I thought was nice. I walked in and asked for a game plan.
