How dare I call during business hours. Someone answered, and it seemed the the phone ringing was unwanted. They said hello and immediately hung up. I called back and got an a harsh hello, again. I apologized if I had called at a bad time and received no response. I asked if this was Hair Elite and told Yes, in a rushed elevated voice. I started to ask about services and stopped myself mid sentence. I said, "You know what, never mind". I do not want to work with anyone that cannot answer a business phone properly
Atmosphere is friendly. Stylist is very well trained and we enjoy going there.
