I had a really bad experience while getting a straight ponytail/bang. That Alexis J doesn't know how to do hair at all. After 3 days my ponytail was falling apart. I wouldn't never recommend anyone to go there because you ll be wasting time and money. They really thought I was going to be cool with the hairstyle
