My regular hairstylist. I've been going for years.
I am desperate for a new hair dresser in the city so thought I would give this place a try, huge mistake. The owner is very friendly and seemingly knew her stuff when I described what I wanted, so I was confident it would be good. I wanted highlights and a bob. Very simple. I brought in photos of what I wanted and I have had similar styles and colours from other places (unfortunately closed) so it was not like I was asking for anything odd or difficult.
