Terrible experience. Brought an Ultimate Blonde package and came out with awful lowlights making my hair look grey. Charges extra for length which was expected but another $40 for something she said I needed. No blonde colour added and no roots. Didn't want a haircut but no discount for this. Do not go here if you want decent colour's done.
Absolutely love my cut and colour. Had a relaxing morning chatting about everything and anything. Highly recommend for excellent value for money.
