Waited a month for a paid appointment with a doctor, only to receive a call saying the doctor wasn't available. Offering a refund or a consultation with a consultant misses the point entirely, if I wanted to speak to a consultant, I could have done that from day one. Unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.
