Bad customer service. The first appointment the “Loctician” cut my locs to separate them. I came back because I don’t know many natural hair care salons near here. I Received the “Hey boo” text the weekend of my birthday from a very unprofessional stylist stating she would be 3 hours late for our appointment. Okay cool. Show up to the salon, everyone from the fellow stylist to my stylist ignored me. Crystal is great and does great work. She made me feel very welcomed and she thoroughly explained everything. She made me feel comfortable to start my loc journey with her as my loctician.
I love these ladies. Nikki is AWESOME! This young lady can create styles for women,men and children. Locs, braids whatever. Ms. Lexi ...Nikki took her under and wing and she is SOARING she have to make sure it is just right (I love that)about her. I felt so welcome day one ...always feel comfortable and good when I go there. Never a bad experience. Y'all Better Check These Ladies out.
Absolutely 💯 love the service I receive during each visit. HairDiva makes her own hair care products and they are amazing. She never disappoints and always provides professional service. We have been on this hair journey for over 15 years and on the loc journey for about 5 plus (I think). Thank you so much for your creativity and patience with me as I can be indecisive sometimes. Once you get in her chair you are loc'd lol....
Love going here to Nikki. She educates you on your hair and communicates very well. She is very creative and makes sure you like your hair before you leave. She gets you in and out every time.
