Dry sad. I have been with them four five years. Yes, every hairpiece had differences and yes there was too much variation. I had some stellar hair systems and some losers. I would give them a rating of a B to B- overall. Let’s face it with the COVID epidemic they were hit hard and lost many customers. I agree with all the negative reviews, they are continuing to place false advertising “up to 28 weeks” on hair units. I’m well passed that. The quality of the hair is terrible after they switched to a new production but claim it’s the same. My last unit which was right after that change was terrible and ended up shedding faster than any unit I have ever had. I am seeking refunds on all orders that have been placed but yet to be fulfilled. It’s difficult to get anyone on the phone, long wait times lead to disconnections, if y... read more
