Great people but what I will say is my hair looks nothing similar to the style I wanted she scrubbed really hard and some of my hair is patchy with copper and it’s way to dark and my highlights that barely show are more silver

Won’t be going back I just wanted bangs and ended up with a mess my hair was so long he cut way to much and it don’t even look even after I said it like 100 times don’t cut my length
