Nicky is amazing. Ive seen it all from her and I've loved it everytime. Her perms, highlights, cuts, and even vivids are always carefully crafted. She really puts love into her work and her clients.
Staff are nice however I've been there several times and they can't get any of my requests correct. Everytime they cut my hair shorter than I want it and leave me wirh uneven layers. Despite showing several reference photos and videos my haircut is always rushed through and I leave with a bad result. Most recently I went to get a simple bang trim and explicitly explained I wanted it cut to my eyebrow, even using my hand to show her the exact length I was looking for. Had a very nice experience with my stylist Ashlynn...She carefully went through my wants and needs...Checked my hair and made good recommendations. The vibe of the salon is FRIENDLY, relaxed and professional. Ashylyn also had the salon owner to look at me and make a few recommendations also. You need to make your appointment online or by phone. I will definitely return.
