Excellent. Friendly CLEAN and very welcoming. Very happy with my haircut.
Nicky is amazing. Ive seen it all from her and I've loved it everytime. Her perms, highlights, cuts, and even vivids are always carefully crafted. She really puts love into her work and her clients.
Staff are nice however I've been there several times and they can't get any of my requests correct. Everytime they cut my hair shorter than I want it and leave me wirh uneven layers. Despite showing several reference photos and videos my haircut is always rushed through and I leave with a bad result. Most recently I went to get a simple bang trim and explicitly explained I wanted it cut to my eyebrow, even using my hand to show her the exact length I was looking for.
