I’m receiving harassment on Facebook from this company.
I’ve been a client of Kelly’s for some time now, and I can’t recommend her enough. She truly knows her craft and gave me a look that makes me feel at least 10 years younger. The results have been incredible—far better than I could have expected, and certainly a much better option than a hair transplant.
I went in with a clear idea of the haircut I wanted, but the hair designer didn’t listen at all. The result was uneven and nothing like the style I showed. I’m really upset and won’t be returning.
Terrible experience! The hair color turned out completely different from what I asked for. When I pointed it out, they didn’t even offer to correct it. Very unprofessional.
