Took a chunk out of my hair and didn't say a thing about it. Didn't notice until I got home and showered. I'm the type who understands accidents happen. But to either not notice or just not say anything is terrible no matter what. Never returning and wouldn't recommend.
My girls absolutely love their hair!!! This was our first time going and we will be returning!!
