Back in 2018 I was new to the area and stopped here while I was passing by to ask about making an appointment. The older lady was so rude. She said that no one there could help me. My hair was currently a bright pink and purple. I was considering dying it back to medium brown. Nothing crazy. I was also going to get a cut (I had super long hair wanted most cut off).
