I have been a client with Phil for 25 years. Phil is very professional, he listens to me and always send me out of his salon looking like I am ready for my photo shoot. Phil has been my only hair stylist for 15 years. He’s a skilled artist with extreme talent as well as years of experience. He specializes in color, highlighting, and hair conditioning.
