Regretfully, I was informed today that this great business has closed. It is being closed to retirement of management. Hair Design Concepts has some of the most talented hair stylist and designers around. You will love this place. The stylist are all very friendly and great people. They are great not only on the most up to date styles they are talent with seniors and the black community. Good luck getting an appointment.
I always fell welcome. Great people, always happy with my hair results. The owner, Joe is a wonderful person and my stylist, Toni is awesome!
