Edited a week later: I came back to get my highlights done. I wanted blonde highlights, and no other salon was able to get close to what I had in mind—but oh my God, she did it!! Renata is amazing. My daughters hair was fine walking in she wanted a partial highlight walked out basically bleach blonde was quoted she got a “blow out with thick hair” good luck my daughter has maybe maybe medium thickness at best and would walk out with wet air no problem was quoted $75 dollars but her hair took so much work my daughter who is 16 sent me pictures at 4:45 the whole dying process was done she was ready to be washed yes I have been there before nice try but took so long her hair was in such bad shape on and on. She was nice but didn't listen to what I wanted. Not to mention that she put a literal garbage bag on my head after a perm and didn't care that she did the bare minimum to perm my hair, i had chemicals running into my eyes. When she asked what I wanted, she completely ignored me which was obvious by the fact that my hair was NOT what I asked for. Why ask me, if you're going to ignore it...its frustrating when they don't listen & only care about their money.
