I went to the store to purchase a wig, the assistant informed me that she was sick, so her assistance was selective. I asked about a wig that was discounted from &74 to $50, however she informed me that she was unable to allow me to try it on. I was impressed with the natural look and she made mention on how natural it looked as well. However, it was not the floor model. Drove one hour to get to the store in which on the outside of the store and online it said closes at 8 o’clock. Got there at 7:52 as soon as I pulled up, she turned the sign off and locked the door so I called the store and she was like we close early so that we could be done by 8 o’clock if they’re gonna close early they need to change their hours, so people don’t waste an hour drive. I called this location asking about a specific product which I was told they had. I drove for 35 minutes to find out not only did they not have the product in stock but that it was no longer manufactured. I purchased 2 jars of a similar product and was then stopped at the door basically accused of stealing because their buzzer went off. I showed the contents of my purse to one employee who follows his customers of color around the store then he had me show him the inside of my coat. It was disrespectful and inappropriate.
