One of the worst haircuts ever. Wanted mid length layers and a curtain fringe. Got a straight bob and a short fringe instead. So disappointing.

I loved my time at Hair Den recently! I wanted to make a big change and got most of my hair chopped off and they did just a fabulous job of it and I couldn’t be happier with the service AND my hair :)) I kept wanting to make changes to it and they continued to help me until I was perfectly happy. Highly highly recommend

I had my haircut today! Firstly, my hairdresser was lovely and did a really good job. She was the right amount of chatty and met me where I was in terms of my requirements. Thank you for that - she's a star ✨ I would have given the salon 5 stars but unfortunately my experience at the reception desk left me feeling pretty small. I don't know if you've seen Pretty Woman, but it felt a bit like the dress shop scene from that. Thank you so much Hair Den especially my new hair angel Katie with Chantelle’s help for bringing me back to the creamy blonde era that I’ve been dreaming of! I had lots regrowth with brassy strappy hair and Katie was able to fix them, I’m over the moon about it. I had a full head foil package and it was a big job, the process was so smooth and every step was carefully explained to me and the service and chat are so lovely too. Thanks again! X
