Needed my eldest daughter hair cutting A.S.A.P. I rang up hair definition spoke to carol who I later found out was one on the phone was cutting Sarah my daughter hair just dry cut she has very long hair so Sarah asked her to keep her length have a full fringe but to cut dead ends off carol was brilliant she made Sarah at ease as she could tell she was nervous she cut Sarah hair Sarah asked some questions about her hair what would she recommend to help with her hair carol gave her advice Sarah Very happy with the result even ... read more

Very unprofessional people , they gave me appointment for my daughter's haircut. Iwas ontime with my daughter, came from far. & the lady was not available on that day. The lady who booked an appointment on phone call ,didn't inform me. Ofcouse she could do via msg. She had my number on register with name but didn't bother to msg me. They waist other people time. Non professional people very bad place to go. Please if you can check, it was after Christmas & few days before school opening. It was weekday & lady with black hair... read more

I had a fantastic haircut experience at Hair Definition, County Road! Carol did an amazing job listening to what I wanted and gave me exactly the look I was hoping for.Highly recommend!
