Karen is an amazing human being. Seriously so grateful for her and her talents. She is one of the kindest, most empathetic people Ive ever met. She has done much research on all aspects of hair matting and the detangling process and I feel like she is one of, if not, the best in the business in that aspect. Highly recommended for any services !!! <3

Karen is a miracle worker! My daughter developed a mat in her hair from swimming, and after my attempts to fix it failed, I was fortunate to find Karen. She expertly detangled the mat and saved her hair. I could not recommend her enough. We are so grateful for her expertise and her kind demeanor.

Karen stepped in and helped me so much getting my hair back to beautiful. My hair was matted and tangled beyond my control to manage it. Karen accepted me where I was, without judgement, and spent hours and hours with me detangling it. It was a pleasure to spend time with her and I'll be back for all my haircuts in the future.
