I have extra-long, thick, wavy, frizzy, poofy hair. After talking with Karen, she recommended the Smoothfiller treatment by Wella and l am beyond happy with the results. My hair was smooth, shiny, and super soft. Karen truly took the time to understand what I wanted and explained every step of the process. Even though it took hours, she kept the same positive energy the entire time. Her suite was fun and welcoming, and she was friendly, funny, and incredibly talented. I loved my experience and will definitely be going back.

I had severely matted hair that was matted for almost a year. It took a lot of convincing myself and pushing from others to get it fixed, and I'm glad I did. I'm also super glad I was able to find Karen to help me. Karen was super kind, understanding, and nonjudgmental. She made me feel comfortable; she made me feel comfortable talking to her; she was fun to talk to. I'm glad I chose Karen to help me with this whole process. Karen has been a blessing in my sister’s addiction recovery journey. My sister went nearly a year of not brushing her hair due to depression and shame as a result of her addiction. This of course, made it difficult for her to also wash her hair.
