If I could give a 0 star I would!!! I went to this haircuttery place because I needed my haircut into a bob a little above the shoulders. My last time at a different haircuttery place went wonderful So I didn’t think that this time would be different, but was I far from wrong? I have curly hair. I let them know on the phone prior to the appointment. I also booked for a blow dry and I did say straighten, but then said they can cut the hair with the blow dry.
