DO NOT BOOK- I booked my appointment with Kyerra on Oct 4,2019. She requires a deposit in order to book with her. I booked with her based on the quality of work on her Ig page, that I am now blocked from. The day of my appointment, I get a text for Kiera 35 minutes before my appointment. She states she is “running behind” and need to push my appointment to 5. It was an inconvenience but I said fine! I get to the appointment at 5pm. I love this salon! The atmosphere is so beautiful and relaxing. The stylist Kyerra is very professional and I was able to book her online for my appointment with no hassle. I love my hair I haven’t stopped getting compliments sine I left the salon! I highly recommend her services the best in KC!!!! PS the hair she provides is amazing please purchase from her you won’t be disappointed
