I purchased a purse from Hair Grown #6, located in the Mall of Louisiana. After realizing that it was too small for my intended use, I attempted to return the unused item on July 21, with the original receipt and tags still intact. I i could give e them one star i would. Do not buy from them. My package was not delivered to my house and I tried to email them twice and they did not respond. I opened a paypal dispute and of course they showed the tracking number showed it as delivered so they sided with them. Since it was through usps there was no picture and we all know even if the tracking shows delivered people make mistakes and misdeliver all the time. I shop in that store all of the time. I spend money in there because they have some amazing products in there. This is a scam company. I ordered mdse from this online site Haircrownbeauty.com. Got a conformation for my order. The money was taken out of my account. A couple of days later. I got another email saying that my order couldn’t be delivered. Tried to contact Company to no avail due to phone line continuously busy signal.
