DO NOT SHOP ONLINE!!! I purchased hair and was sent the wrong length I wasn’t going to make a big deal I just wanted to return for refund the incorrect item. I called and an Indian or Arab guy answered and was very rude. I tried to explain the order was online not in store he started screaming at me about calling the store ( his accent was very heavy and hard to understand) he then hung up. I called back and he proceeded to scream and curse again. Will not be purchasing from them again and I have reported this
