This place is a JOKE, a DISGRACE of a place, and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I was shopping around looking for a wig, hoping to buy a wig. After spending almost an hour walking around picking which ones I absolutely liked and NEEDED for my condition, I told the elderly Asian lady in the back(who was already very rude and dismissive from the start) that I was ready to try on, I tried on the first wig, then the second, and third. They are extremely rude when calling to inquire about merchandise. I have always been a frequent customer but I do not believe in spending my hard earned money where I am not treated with respect. I will not be returning and I will discourage all close to me not to go as well. Do better! Giving information over the phone will not hurt your sales, if anything it just may help.

I called to inquire about the price of hair. An older gentleman answered and stated he could not leave the cash register to check pricing and instructed me to look on Facebook. I called back to explain that there were no prices listed on their Facebook page, and he hung up the phone while I was speaking. Unfortunately, the experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. Clear pricing and respectful communication would be helpful for potential customers.
