Overall everyone is very nice but I received a horrible hair cut. I asked for a trim and crown layers. The hair stylist thought she had thinning shears in her hand but she had scissors and accidentally cut a chunk of my hair out. So then she proceeded to cut my layers shorter to try and blend it.
