Was not helpful and was hateful when I called to see about getting an appointment for my son to get a trim. She hung up on me fairly quickly and did not even consider giving me any hours or availability for any other days. Must not want your business unless you're gonna be paying big bucks to get your hair streaked or died.Not customer friendly for little boys needing trims. Don't waste your time calling if you're just needing a trim for a little boy.Not worth their time apparently.
