The Hair Cottage offers Newbury Street quality with the quaint, homey feel of Pepperell. I was walking past The Hair Cottage yesterday and on impulse walked in to ask for a cut. I was immediately greeted by one of the most beautiful babies I've ever seen. I was given over to the capable hands of Catherine Desharnais. I have NEVER met a stylist who was so concerned with what I wanted.
