I had a horrible experience having hair cut in this salon with Janel. Completely disappointing. It wasn’t my first time seeing her for haircut, but this time she completely ruined my hair by over layering my hair. While I asked her to cut my hair to down to my shoulder, she cut the underneath hairs so short some are only like one inch. Beautiful salon with amazing stylists! I had my hair done by Cass and she is the absolute sweetest. She checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was comfortable and understood what she was doing and how it would get me to my goal. She offered to see me again for my wedding which was a huge relief and explained the process going forward to get me where I want to be in terms of color.
