I got a haircut yesterday I showed her a picture of what I wanted and I ended up with basically a buzz cut with longer hair on top i asked for spikey I'm so embarrassed I have no way to fix it and I hate the way I look worste I've ever had

i would not recommend lauren, my boyfriend has gone to her twice now for a perm and both times haven’t been good. the first time he went it looked like she didn’t even touch up the perm, and just this second time he has gone to her she burnt his neck with the hair dryer and left a boil on his neck. but other than Lauren, everyone does a really good job

Everyone here is always friendly, always kind, and personable... And Kylie is my fave! She is gifted and talented and is so accommodating... I'm so thankful to have her for my hair! I literally do not know what I would do without her...
