Was not greeted when I came in. Stylists all speaking some other language to each other around everyone else was extremely rude and to top it off I Was not called ahead of time to be told my appointment had been changed or cancelled! Wasted time gas and energy for nothing. Extremely unprofessional. Very disappointed.
Amazing first appointment with Monika for a haircut and style. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and gave great guidance on what suits my face. I’m definitely coming back.
Always a pleasure having Angela do my highlights and cut. I’ve been going to her for over a year now. She’s patient, asks great questions to clarify what is important to me, explains hair chemistry and needs well, and takes great care to do an excellent job. I highly recommend her! BTW - my name is actually Kathy Wilson for the Salon’s accurate reference.
