I had a very disappointing experience at Hair Color Express & Blow Dry Bar in Ellicott City. During my consultation, I was quoted $250 for 50 tape-in extensions. We agreed to that price without asking for any discount and scheduled the appointment. We also added other hair services on top of the extension service. Paid 350 to get my hair done, the hair color washed out with 1 wash. The hair stylist was contacted and said he would fix it. Went in he fixed my hair, changed it from a whole new color but since it looked good I didn’t mind. The owner of the salon; old Turkish guy extremely rude started to ask for blow dry. I asked for highlights and was quoted $149. My hair turned out orange, and they had to recolor three times to get to orange out which left my scalp burnt with blisters . After spending 4 hours in the salon and very dissatisfied, they had the audacity to ask for a $467 payment. Also, you will be pressured into getting hair extensions for $1500 by 3 different men before they even start working on your hair. This place needs to be reported to the BBB ! Go anywhere else but here.
