I received a Groupon as a gift and attempted multiple times to schedule an appointment 2-4 weeks in advance, but her availability was very limited since she only works 10-2. I finally found a date that worked, only to be told that my hair was “thick,” which I honestly don’t feel it is, and that there would be an additional $20 charge because of it. I found Gabriella through the Groupon app. It was easy to set up and appointment and talk with her about what I wanted. (I’d sent pictures of my hair with color and without) so she had a good idea. She was very nice and her products smelled great. I was happy with the color and style when I left…the next day I looked in the mirror and lots of greys stuck out.
