I had one great experience here, and that's all it was one great experience. I scheduled an appointment with Dominique. I arrive to my appointment and come to find out a whole new stylist, Tiffani would be doing my consultation. Weird but I said okay. I arrive to my consult and my stylist is already serving another customer. So she leaves her customer to do my consult. I was going here for highlights so I needed to do a strand test. My mom needed to start over her hair journey due to life circumstances and was feeling very nervous about a haircut. She was thankful for Tatiana. My mom said she never met a stylist that was that knowledgeable about aging hair and what products could work on her hair specifically. Every product Tatiana used and recommended-we bought the next day! Thank you for increasing her confidence and setting her up for success for maintaining her haircut/haircare.
Dominique was so sweet and she gave me the cutest haircut and walked me through the whole process :)
Faith was very easy to work with. I will be booking with her for an upcoming wedding; I am the mother of the groom!
