I had many ups and downs here. With my stylist Francisco, I usually left with not what I wanted at all. When he dyed my hair black with his dyes it faded after 15 washes and when I went back to get it removed my hair was 2 different colors of brown. One was copper and one was dark brown. He said he could do my natural color but didn’t. His dye was worse than box dye with the way it stayed in my hair. And now I can’t get another dye to stick.

Rita, I really love my hair and just wanted to tell you again! I’m so happy I found someone in the Reno area who I like doing my hair! It feels so good and she listened to what I wanted. Thanks again!
